Well, it's a bit of a milestone, I wish I could open with a BANG. Something amazing and wonderful like "yeah, survived a fire, no big deal." but unfortunatly, I'm not that exciting. So instead I'll go all deep and self-absorbed.
It's funny the things that make you change, the last month I've grown up so much. As I've said nothing epic or dramatic has happened, but recent events have made me stop and think.
1. My irrational materialism is fading away. My prize possession was stolen, a £360 Louis Vuitton bag. At the time I whaled like a bitter banshee, now I can see some humour in it. I've learnt maybe relying on an innanimate object isn't such a great plan. Even though handbags are pretty.
2. I'm no longer playing the "ditzy blonde" card. I had to choose the options for my GCSE's basically, fatthem out the rest of my life, its a big decision for anyone. But the blonde comes every now and again, I think I do it to make people of superior intelligence to either feel sorry for me, or alien. I really put it on in my science class, it's quite funny, but I should probably stop.
3. A moral dilema, the outcome of which I end up becoming a home-wrecker.
But I'll pleasure you with that story the next post
